He asked pointed questions and showed me a few vehicles which would serve my purpose and within a set price range. I was not actually prepared to buy a vehicle and Stan, a wonderful salesman, did not push me into making a decision. It was actually weeks later that I changed my mind. Not honouring an agreement and trying to change a deal after it has been reached is bad business. This is my second bad experience at Southbank. More
