When I came to Southbank dealership I met Jeannie, she established relaxing atmosphere for negotiations. In an end I got perfect deal which met my budget and expectation. More

Mike was extremely knowledgeable, responding immediately and with clarity to all of our questions. He displayed a unique ability to relate to us effectively and, as a result, he established tremendous rapport and success in dealing with us. This was due to his natural friendliness and well developed social skills in addition to his positive and happy personality. In addition, he possesses an excellent sense of humour and, when appropriate, he shared a hearty laugh with us. Mike's patience and calm demeanour with us was instrumental in our decision to purchase a vehicle. He certainly was a wonderful ambassador for Southbank Dodge. As well, Hasan Wahbeh was very caring while he capably and conscientiously looked after the financial aspects of our purchase. He went out of his way on many occasions to fully and clearly clarify our questions. More
Dissatisfied former return customer Honestly, my first experience with Southbank was good, to the point where I returned to buy a second vehicle from them. This time around, the service Honestly, my first experience with Southbank was good, to the point where I returned to buy a second vehicle from them. This time around, the service department has been normally good to me, but I've had to fight to retain the terms of the agreement that was made during the purchase. I don't hold the service department or any of that staff accountable for these experiences, so despite typically dealing with them, this review focuses on the sales side of things. Firstly, when I purchased the vehicle, the service manager working that night, Bruce, agreed to some terms that were normally not included in the lifetime oil change package that I added on to my financing. This included the storage of seasonal tires, and included the changes from winter to summer and vice versa. Great. It seemed we were all satisfied. Secondly, when I picked up the vehicle, there was a defective heated front seat. Called the dealership, they handled it on warranty, and I have no complaints except that it should have been handled prior to my buying this vehicle as it was in the new inventory, not the pre-owned. That said, even pre-owned should have had any defective parts dealt with prior to it leaving the lot. Thirdly, when I brought the car in to get the tires changed for the first time as per our agreement, I was told that that wasn't in my file and the service department was not aware of the agreement. So I tracked down Bruce, talked to him about it, and he agreed to get that added to my service account so that I wouldn't have to deal with that kind of trouble again. Lo and behold, I've just taken the car in to get the winter tires put back on, and wouldn't you know it, that part of the agreement STILL wasn't included on my service account. Time to track down Bruce again, who says he doesn't remember getting the request to put it in the service account the first time. This despite the fact that I spoke to him directly, face to face, and he looked me in the eyes and told me he'd get it done. I don't think it's too much to ask that someone honor the agreements that they make with their customers. They have agreed to pull out the purchase record, and get back to me on it since it has now been a year and they can't remember what kind of deal we made. Despite this, I'm not confident that this agreement will remain intact as I currently don't trust any of these people to care enough about retaining my business to do so. I can tell you that, despite the fact that I'm a die-hard Jeep fan and would get another in a heartbeat, I won't be returning to Southbank. More

My 1st in August to purchase my 2017 Ram was amazing. That experience was why I chose to do the hour drive for any service and warranty work.My 2nd visit 3 mos later for the installation of a remote starter was brutal. The appointment which had been booked for 3 weeks was for 800 am Wednesday morning. I get that you were busy with the overbooking of winter tire installation but after 8 hours of waiting and my vehicle was still sitting outside this was not acceptable ! I do not live or work in the area so being dropped off by the shuttle to wait at home was not an option. At 430 pm l was given a loaner van to drive home and to return the next day and pick up my truck which was ready at 200pm. As frustrating as this all was l must say that most of the staff were great and showed some empathy regarding my long wait. But.....then we have Nick the service manager who chooses after my 8 hour wait to give me an analagy. He said that if he had a Doctors appointment for 900am he wouldnt expect to get in right away.Well Nick if you have to wait 8 hours in the waiting room and have still not made it into the exam room l suggest you find a new Doctor just like l am going to find a new service provider. That statement was the end for me. More

Luckily for me I got the pleasure of having Jeannie as my sales associate, she was an absolute delight her professionalism and care for her clients is refreshing and it was accompanied by an amazing smile. I can't thank her enough. On top of that my finances were taken care of by the legend himself Charbel, great guy and willing to help you get the payments you need to fit your budget. More
Dealership's Service was great; the car has let me down I bought a 2010 Dodge Caliber, brand-new. I have babied this car - brought it in for all service calls in a timely fashion; took out the extended war I bought a 2010 Dodge Caliber, brand-new. I have babied this car - brought it in for all service calls in a timely fashion; took out the extended warranty, had it undercoated; don't take long trips (longest are to Montreal); do highway trips and city driving, too. My last service call was for $3525.00. How can a car that gets babied require so much work? I have noticed my service calls are getting more and more expensive - but this one was a "doozy" Since 1981, I have bought/mostly leased about 10 cars. I have always changed my Chrysler vehicles every 4-5 years. My first Chrysler purchase was a 1981 K-car. I babied that car and it lasted 7 years when the engine blew! My Caliber is 7 years old. Should I expect Chrysler products to last around 7 years? I have nothing but compliments for the Service Dept at Southbank. I have been well served for 36 years. I am considering a foreign-made car in future as my whole family have bought Toyotas, Hyundais, Hondas, Nissans, and Kias...and their service calls are never as high as mine. (My mother's 1992 Tercel lasted until she gave up her licence in 2017. Even though her garage said it was on its last legs, that's 25 years!) More
Direct to my need and budget I felt I was well attended and besides we had a good negotiation. The sales team work as a team, what transmit trustiness. Good to all. Great buying experioence I was looking specifically for a 2016 Chrysler touring, lease return with low km. My spouse and I had 2 cars to trade-in, a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium, and a 2009 Chrysler 300C. After searching cars on the web, I started with Southbank Dodge. I met with Brandon Dallaire, a very personable and friendly person. He showed me one model, which was OK except for the colour, and then went the extra mile to find the same model, lower km, and a colour we liked. All along the process, he send me information, returned my e-mails, and showed that he really cared about me and my wife as clients. Bill Morrison, the sales manager sat down with me and this is the first time in my life (this was the 18th car I was buying!) that I had a honest and transparent conversation. We nailed down a very fair deal, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Never was I pushed around. Everyone knows that after that, you have to sit down with the Financial Services Manager who will try to sell you a large number of services that, most of the time you may not need. Paul Curry did a great job, being thorough answering every one of my objections, and I bought an additional 5yr/100000Km warranty, something I did not really want to do! On the day of delivery, we arrived at 4;00 p.m. as agreed and were made to wait without much explanation of the process. This is probably where Southbank Dodge could improve its customer service: welcome clients who bought a vehicle with handshakes and smiles as they show up at the door, offer coffee or water, invite them to sit down, and explain what is going to happen next, and ensure the process is flawless and consistent with all buyers. After all, this is where the dealership gets a cheque (successful business), and when the buyer is all excited about the new car (successful experience). All in all, compared with my numerous previous experiences this was the best. More

I was unable to even roll up the windows. The vehicle was towed to SouthBank Dodge dealer. The evening receptionist was very helpful, she took all the information and keys. On Saturday morning at about 7:30, got a call from Mr. Beauregard, he inquired about the situation and indicated the technician would look at the vehicle that morning. Around lunch time, I got another call from Mr. Beauregard, he explained the problem was with the alternator. I approved the repairs and I got my vehicle back before the end of the afternoon. I was very impressed with the fast and professional service, I received that weekend. Thank you to the SouthBank team! Yves Leduc More
