Awesome Experience We purchased our 2014 Dodge Durango from Southbank Dodge 4 years ago and have enjoyed the personal and friendly service from all sections of this deal We purchased our 2014 Dodge Durango from Southbank Dodge 4 years ago and have enjoyed the personal and friendly service from all sections of this dealership, so it only seemed natural to return for our latest acquisition, a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Our salesperson was Jenna Piche and our Finance expert was Paul Curry for this latest purchase and both of them made the process one of the easiest and quickest we've ever had! We gave Jenna a list of "must haves" and she was able to find us a vehicle that had everything we wanted right on the lot, right down to the colour, Hydro Blue Pearl! Her next amazing feat was to get all those "must haves" at the right "Must have" price, which she accomplished easily and passed the torch to Paul. Paul took over from Jenna and worked his magic to get us, the best financing deal he could find and was able to get all the extra warranties and services for the best and most affordable prices. Between Jenna and Paul, we came in on Saturday morning, started the deal, and by Monday afternoon we were driving off the lot in our new 2018 Jeep Cherokee! We would definitely recommend Jenna, Paul, and Southbank Dodge to our friends! More

Dissapointed in the Service Department My family and I have been long standing customers of Southbank Dodge. We have never had any issues and the Service was always above and beyond. However, I had booked an appointment for April 12th for routine oil change , tire swap and detailing. I dropped the van off that morning and mentioned I would be back around 4 to pick it up. I got a call that they found some leaks shortly after drop off and they assured me the car would still be ready. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said I would come the following morning to get the car. I got a call shortly after and they said they still needed to do the cleaning and we had agreed I would come around 1pm on Apr 13 to get the vehicle and was assured the car would be ready. By 330 I had not gotten an update and arrived at southbank shortly after to find that my car was not ready yet. They assured me it would be another 15 minutes and I ended up waiting almost an hour. Very disappointed. I get things happen but this is not acceptable. More
Amanda Berard I have been dealing with the service department with all my oil changes for the last year and a half. Most of the time it was with Amanda. Sometimes d I have been dealing with the service department with all my oil changes for the last year and a half. Most of the time it was with Amanda. Sometimes due to frustration and stresses of life or work going to have your vehicle serviced even adds stress or frustration. When I pull into the garage there are people in the booths who are normally on the computer doing things or just ignore you until you let them know that your coming in for an oil change. When you get to Amanda its a different story all together. She has a great smile and is always very polite. Can carry a conversation to any length or any subject. She puts the customer ahead and if any issues arise she is quick to respond and remedy it. For example, Tuesdays are late night day. I went in Wednesday and arrived shortly before five pm thinking I could get my oil changed. She smiled and I said I screwed up the days. She took me in anyway and had it done. I also had the lifetime oil change which did not show up on the computer. She went and said she would take care of it. She went upstairs and dealt with it and came down with a smile saying its taken care of. Amanda extends herself not only for customers but sets an example on what customer service is about. Keep up the good work Amanda. Looking forward to seeing your smile next time. More

After a few phone discussions, Rebecca understood we were considering trading in our 2011 Grand Caravan (which we loved) for, possibly, a Jeep Cheroke After a few phone discussions, Rebecca understood we were considering trading in our 2011 Grand Caravan (which we loved) for, possibly, a Jeep Cherokee. However, once at the dealership, it became clear that we needed a bit more trunk space than the Cherokee had on offer (two kids plus too many sports = need for space). We were discouraged, but Rebecca and her colleagues found a way to get us a great price on a Jeep Grand Cherokee - the vehicle I've wanted for years - that fit our price point. We were thrilled to make the deal happen, and I say that a month later I am so happy with my vehicle and our decision to buy. Rebecca was very patient with us, and worked hard for us. Paul in Financing is great to deal with as well. We appreciate his sense of humour, and how informative he was. The back end process, after the purchase of a vehicle, can be painful or seem to take forever, but with Paul, the experience was great and made the sale even better. Thank you Rebecca and Paul for all your work. We love our Grand Cherokee, and would recommend you to anybody looking for a vehicle. More
