Great for Sales, Terrible for Aftercare When we bought our Wrangler, the process was quick and easy. Every time we've gone back since then it's been awful service. We bought tires that showed up late and we weren't called about them arriving, signage was misleading about sales prices, and were treated rudely when getting an oil change that was included in our paid for service plan. I've also called multiple times to ask a question and could't reach anyone but the receptionist, and then just didn't get a call back. Bummed out that we didn't investigate more before this, because it appears that we were mostly valuable when we were spending money on a vehicle. More
