Absolute horrific communication. You'll get 3 different versions of reasons and answers for the same item that you need addressed. Unprepared and unprofessional. I returned after the first car we bought from them made the news because it suddenly lit on fire, until it burned beyond recognition. When I went to buy a new vehicle 2 years later the salesman told me he was bored all day but did no research on the car. He was dismissive, sexist and outwardly made fun of us for our initial offer. I spoke with the sales manager who said he would call me the next day and never did. Absolutely never buying a vehicle from this place again. More

Worst customer experiences and no knowledge. Really bad customer service experience on this location. We went to check on kia forte, associate did not know a single detail about car he was tryi Really bad customer service experience on this location. We went to check on kia forte, associate did not know a single detail about car he was trying to sell us. We saw new kia forte GT LINE, which was in stock, they added extra $3000.00 as a market adjustment for car price top on price, tax and service fees. associate also gave us option for another old kia forte. we went to check on that other car. When we were reviewing old car at that time associate mentioned that let me talk to my manager if we can negotiate on old car or we can take out $3000.00 market adjustment amount from new car. Then he told us if i do something will you confirm booking today and we answered that it depends on how much benefit we are getting and then he disappeared. After few minutes he cam back with his manager, manager was really rude with us. He mentioned that we will not be able to do anything in new but i can give you $500.00 discount. We were trying discuss about this and he was not giving us a single chance to talk. He even told us $500.00 it is if you do not want you can see the door. He practically said get out from here. He is really rude. I bet i will never visit this place. Funny part we did not ask for any discount or any adjustment, associate mentioned it and then they insulted us. This is worst customer service i have ever faced. Manager does bot have any sense about how to talk to people or he just acted by seeing our skin color and associate does not had enough training as he was just disappearing again again, he did not know anything. Some addition to my old review. I finally bought a new car from somewhere else. Bdw i visited multiple showroom of different brands. No body is asking for “market adjustment” on new car. I have some advice for this location. 1. Do bot cheat customers please. 2. If you want to earn more money kindly use that money on some training as well. 3. To manager, use some of the money on your self development as well, because you do not know how to talk to people. 4. To manager, everyone have beautiful eyes so definitely everyone will be able to see your dirty door so you don’t need to show us that. You can see your door and close it permanently. I will make sure no body come here on this location from my group and if somebody is mentioning to come here i will stop them as well. More
