Disappointed I bought a 2014 Ram 1500 and less than 2 weeks later the heated seat stopped working. I took it back in to see what the problem was.. They looked at it and said to fix it would be around $1100. I then asked if there was anything they could do to help me out as I had only had the vehicle for around 10 days... The response I got was "we gave you a good deal on the truck, you should have bought a warranty" Fair enough, I should have bought a warranty, but a little help from the place I had just purchased the truck would have been nice. The truck cost me a lot of money and now it will cost me another $1100. More
