Great Sales Lady Monique I had a bit of the run around when I was getting calls from a sales guy Roger, Who I never did meet. Good Experience Called Paul about a used vehicle I saw on Kijiji and got his voicemail as he was in a meeting. He promptly got back to me and we setup an appointment Called Paul about a used vehicle I saw on Kijiji and got his voicemail as he was in a meeting. He promptly got back to me and we setup an appointment for that evening. He had everything ready with the vehicle when I showed up and has provided good quick service. Agreed to a price and I came back the next day to pick up the truck. Part of the deal was getting rails installed so we booked an appointment for 9am Saturday to bring the truck back. Saturday morning when we showed up he met us right away again and took the truck around to service. Unfortunately some wires seemed to have got crossed on the service side and they tried to offer us a loaner car and keep the truck till Monday. As this was supposed to be a 1/2 hr appointment and we had plans moving furniture the rest of the weekend this didn't work for us. Paul was great and talked to the manager and got us a truck for the day and really pushed to have it ready by the end of the day. Just waiting on a call back now. More
