I was there for quite a few hours between test drives, vehicle pricing, and pondering...but everyone was so friendly that it went by quickly. I ended up walking away with the jeep that I wanted and am very happy with it. The salesman and financial manager (Darrin) went above and beyond by accommodating my upcoming vacation (the next day) and ensuring we had everything in order. Overall, a fantastic experience. More

Terrible service. Took my car in for some preventative maintenance. Timing belt, water pump, coolant flush, transmission flush, rear diff flush and oil change. Most of Took my car in for some preventative maintenance. Timing belt, water pump, coolant flush, transmission flush, rear diff flush and oil change. Most of the repairs went well. A couple hours after I dropped off my car I got a call from the service department saying my car needed an alignment due to uneven tread wear as well as tie rod for steering and rear wheel bearing. I hadn't felt any pulling in months as well as vibrations from the bearing but I know I haven't inspected either of those because of no time so I let them change them as well. Couple days later I get a call saying my car is 100% perfect and ready for pickup. I go in and pick it up and first thing I noticed was a change in the exhaust tone. A lot deeper as well as raspy (almost like a 4cyl with a hole in the exhaust). Started driving and yup noise got worse as well as was shaking/vibrating at idle and on the road was pulling hard to the left now. (They told me before the alignment was way off). Took it back 2 days later when I had time and they were very sincere and easy people to deal with. They put it on priority and the next day they called saying again it's ready. Pick up and now my car is pulling to the left side. They told me about the exhaust note that it was nothing and the timing was perfect but something still felt off. I took for a test drive before actually going home and got back to the dealer with my engine light flashing so I took my OBD reader from my trunk and read the code. P0300 = engine misfire. Great so I cleared the code and restarted my car same code came on so I went in and told the service and at this point they kinda gave me a look of disbelief on both the steering and the engine. They took it back and looked at it anyway. They called next day saying alignment couldn't get any better and that there was 14 error codes all from the past about lost communication nothing about a misfire even though I got it twice. so they updated the computer and 4 different people took it for a test drive all saying it is running and driving perfect. So now I go and pickup again they said everything is good but car still pulls and has rough idle. I even took a technician for a test drive and he blamed the pull on road camber but then that must mean the last 200km of city driving all has the same tilt on the road (weird huh). Also te tech said to wait for te timing belt to stretch to fix the idle and running issues. I will not be going black to this dealership because I feel they messed something up and won't admit or fix it. I spent $3500 on parts and labour and took to a dealership to avoid all these headaches. After the first day I picked up I got a call from a salesman trying to buy my car and get me to trade in. Is it possible they know exactly what they did and want me to spend more money on a new car? I believe so. They are sneaky and I would not advise anyone to take their vehicle unless they want similar issues. Car still pulls tonleft and runs poorly and I'm afraid there maybe permenant damage after all this. All in all I am EXTREMELY disappointment with the level of quality but I guess my service advisor was good and sincere. Just wish I would've went else where to begin with now I will be spending more money to take my car somewhere that knows what they're doing. Also makes me wonder about the quality of the other parts they serviced in my car. More

Dealership was CLEAN. Like sterile clean. It should be noted that the dealership is directly across from a garbage dump, so somebody is doing their job. Showroom is ascetically pleasant. Was given courtesy shuttle, and the driver was wonderful! Great conversation. Why not five stars? The only downside to the entire experience was having to listen to terrible music in the service bay. I brought in my minivan. People that own minivans generally have young children. I don't want my young children listening to raunchy, sexually laden lyrics while I'm in the service bay. It seemed rather unprofessional to have to listen to Eminem and Ludacris blasting in a place of business. It really did stand out as a negative first impression, but luckily dealing with the service staff rectified the negativity. Would go back. More
