Harmony was very thorough while checking my truck in and was able to validate my concerns. The work order was clear and the tech was able to get the right parts ordered and replaced the first time. I dealt with Howard in the parts department to purchase some accessories and he delivered top notch service. The team of people in Parts & Service have been excellent and I will be a South Trail Chrysler customer indefinitely. Thank you for delivering such great service where other Chrysler dealers failed. Awesome for the first time customer. Came in for 9 am without an appointment. Harmony was smiling, happy and trying to help anyway she could. She was the only Customer Service person and Came in for 9 am without an appointment. Harmony was smiling, happy and trying to help anyway she could. She was the only Customer Service person and it was busy when I got there. My vehicle was going to be there for the day, which was fine. I walked back to the dealership about 1 pm and had a talk with Harmony to see if my vehicle was in, it wasn't yet. I went and got settled in watching TV and because it was busy I knew I was going to be there for a couple of hours, which was fine. An hour after I got there Harmony came and told me my car was done. I was so happy because I need my car for work and I couldn't have it be at the dealership till Monday, missing another day of work for my car trouble. I went and thanked her after I paid and I was on my way. I looked over my car before I left(I always do) and everything was back to normal.
