We returned and Yannick was prepared with rock bottom price. We took his card and left without feeling pressured, only welcomed. First time that I have ever experienced a welcoming from a salesman or dealership. Very relaxed atmosphere. Long story short we ended up completing the deal all over emails. Brittany had financing approval so fast my head is still spinning. Yannick was outstanding in going above and beyond even after we drove away in our new Wrangler. Best Vehicle Purchase to Date! Jeff listened and found me the vehicle I was in search for! When I showed up my Jeep was sitting there ready for me to drive home! Jeff helped me transfer any personal belongings from my old Jeep to my new one and just provided all around excellent customer service! Darrin in finance was also an absolute gem! Very friendly, answered all my questions and made the most stressful part of purchasing a new vehicle pretty much stress free! They turned my new car purchase into a huge disappointment Initially friendly, until you point out a problem or ask for an explanation on the bill of sale. The Xpel that they told me was lifetime warranty (which then became a "limited lifetime warranty") was not installed correctly because they didn't bother to clean the car first. The product was installed on my car when it was dirty and now has a bubble under it which I will need to have another dealership correct. When I complained because the videos online show them cleaning the entire car before installing, I was made to feel like it was no big deal and I was just being a problem customer. I asked for the details of the Warranty and still have not received them. They sent me a brochure showing it's only 10 years and it does not list what is covered or not covered. When I raised a big stink and finally spoke with the owner regarding this "misinformation" he told me "10 years should be enough anyways". His final response to me was that "we have admitted our mistake and now we can part ways". I took that to mean I am not welcome back for servicing of my vehicle. I have previously purchased from Big 4 Motors and Courtesy Chrysler where I was treated very well even when the vehicles had issues and I definitely would go back there before returning to South Trail! Sorry I tried it. More
