For instance when I asked for my credit application, the parts guy Frank, at South Trail had it for me instantly. Tower took 2 weeks to mail me one. Tower took 4 months and 5 phone calls to get someone to get back to me. Serious. South Trail had me set up in a week, all set to go. I called for parts advice, picked up my parts and everything worked fine, no, woops wrong parts nonsense. So far this is a very good relationship. More
