My experience We came into the dealership to buy a mini van. Adrian was our sales guy. That day we bought a brand new van and brought it home. At that point we were extremely happy with the service, Adrain never pressured us to make a choice so he could make the sale. Within the first 5 days the van was back at the dealership twice. There was a major lack of communication as to what was going on with the vehicle and a major part needed replacing. this did not make me happy but at the end of the day the dealership bent over backwards to help us out and compensate us the best they could.
