Best Experience buying a vehicle ever! Not only did Candace Sullivan work with me to fit what I needed into my budget but she helped me to drive away in a vehicle I wanted! Right there that puts me at a disadvantage with most dealers... Believe me I know because I owned a Tow Truck Company for 5 years ... I know trucks and I know sales... NOT once did she ever try to take advantage of me or sell me something not worth the sale price! Yay! Someone working WITH me not trying to rip me off! Seriously though... Candace was very professional, friendly, to the point but polite, she did not waist my time with anything above my budget and she was thorough with paperwork,emails and information. I will most definitely be returning back to South Trail Chrysler to specifically deal with Candace Sullivan, even if I have to drive all the way back from Vancouver Island to do it!
