Service I would like to start with the service receptionists are amazing and super sweet! We took our 2014 Jeep in to get an oil change. The service adviso I would like to start with the service receptionists are amazing and super sweet! We took our 2014 Jeep in to get an oil change. The service advisor called and said our battery was dead. My husband asked how that could be as it seems to be just fine. The advisor said it has 65 cold cranking amps out of 700. The advisor said that if it were to get any colder it probably wouldn't start and it should be replaced. To replace the battery it would be $495. We decided not to do it just at this service. My husband asked if the battery was covered under warranty and the advisor texted the next morning and said that our battery is cover under warranty and to bring it next week. That same day the check engine light came on. I drove straight to the dealership to see if they could just run the code. The advisor told me I would have to make an appointment. So I did. I brought the Jeep back to run the code and to get the battery replaced. When the advisor called to tell me the vehicle was ready she indicated that the code was ran and that it was in "stored codes" and they don't really know the details of what the code entailed and the next time it happens to call and come straight down to the dealership. Also, they didn't replace the battery, they charged it for two hours and called it good! Needless to say we are disappointed in this service. We tried to get the code ran right when the check engine light came on and they couldn't do anything without making an appointment. We find it strange that when they wanted us to pay for a new battery they were going to replace it, but once realizing it was under warranty a quick two hour charge was sufficient. More

Wow, why is it so hard to get good help? When I bought my vehicle there was minor damage on the back corner. I asked them to fix it. It took 12 days for them to get it to me and when they did they hadn't fixed the bumper. They said that when I asked them to fix the damage I didn't say anything about the corner....I was very disappointed. Although they fixed it, it was frustrating that I had to clarify and felt that they were trying to rip me off. Then, a week later, it poured and when I got in my vehicle the passenger side was literally a pool. I brought it in, and miraculously was fixed in 20 minutes....or was it? Not really because I had to bring it in again. I thought "ok, well I need an oil Chanel anyways, so I'll have them check the door again." Although I booked an appt it took them 2 days to do these two tasks and before I even got it back they sent me a list of things they recommend I fix. It was over 1000 dollars. I wrote an email, very politely, explaining that it didn't make sense to me that I had just bought the vehicle a month and a half before and yet they are already claiming I need that much maintenance done. In response they told me they were just "recommendations" and not to worry about it. I'm still waiting for my vehicle. It is day 2 and I was told I would have it back in the morning. Not happy, actually very disappointed. More

Not only did they get us into the jeep we liked and needed for my husbands business they organized the buying of our lease. they made it all so easy for us. Thank you so much. We will certainly be going back when we need to change our jeep (hopefully not for a few years). More

A Terrific Experience I was extremely pleased with the service at this dealership! At first, I was a bit concerned as I realized that they hadn't been open for very long, b I was extremely pleased with the service at this dealership! At first, I was a bit concerned as I realized that they hadn't been open for very long, but my fears were soon put to rest! I choose this dealership as it is fairly close to my house. When I called customer service, Jeremy took care of me and he was knowledgeable ,courteous and efficient. He explained exactly what was wrong with the car and gave me accurate estimates of costs. John, the company's chauffeu, made my trip back home a joy. He is professional and truly takes great pride in his work. Most importantly, my car runs like a charm. I certainly will be back! More
