I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from South Poine. From my initial meeting with Mike Popovic I found him to be knowledgable and considerate of my concerns. Ryan is extremely efficient and helpful. He even had my licence plate waiting for me when I picked the vehicle up. After signing the papers I met Daniel Bouchard who explained all of the features in my new vehicle. He is very thorough and knows his stuff. I had gone to the Car Show on March 16 and entered my name in several draws there. A Toyota Sales Rep named Adam Milliken was very prompt in contacting me by email the day after. He was easy to deal with and helpful through email, and we arranged for me to visit the Dealership on Wednesday. I was originally looking at a Toyota Camry, but quickly realized the car was too big for me and the Corolla too ordinary, but Adam was quick to suggest a possible alternative that fit with my priorities, that being a Toyota Scion TC. I told him that I wasn't going to be test-driving anything that day, I had a process I was sticking to and preferred to narrow my short-list down to 3 or 4 vehicles before I drove anything. He didn't pressure me on that at all, and said that was fine. I went away, then finished narrowing my list down. I contacted him the next day to arrange a test drive for Saturday afternoon. I arrived shortly before 3 PM on the Saturday to test drive the Scion. At all times Adam was very friendly and easy to talk with, before and during the test drive. He knew what my process was and didn't try any "cute" trial closes on me that would only have irritated me. I did communicate with Adam later yesterday to indicate that I had gone in a different direction with my car purchase, but thanked him for his time and wished him the best. His reply was very gracious and professional. I would have no hesitation in referring anybody to Adam and South Pointe Toyota Scion if they were interested in buying a Toyota. More

Trevor was awesome. He went the extra mile to get me into a vehicle even though I don't have the greatest credit. I bussed it to the dealership, and it was pretty late; so we couldn't get immediate feedback a vehicle even though I don't have the greatest credit.
