Not only did Southpointe Toyota have generally very good customer ratings, they also showed a good history of dealing with customers honestly and fairly. That was number one on my list for selecting a dealer. Serge Fenyuk tried very hard to answer all my many questions and he did an excellent job of meeting my expectations. I felt he was being completely honest at all times and I never felt like I was being manipulated, the way I had at other dealers. When I had minor service issues with my new car, he helped to have them dealt with as soon as possible. All issues were resolved promptly and fairly. This is the way the experience should be for everyone buying a car. I would gladly recommend Serge and this dealership to anyone buying a vehicle. More
