Poor and misleading communication I have had Toyotas most of my life, and we have just bought a new Corolla; however our enjoyment has been tainted by this dealership. Firstly we came in for a demo model which had been sold, but we were told by the sale rep that he could get us the same model with the same features we just needed to wait for them to come in, and bonus we get to pick the colour. We were in need of a new vehicle quickly so we moved on one that was not the colour we wanted just because it would be available in 3-4 days. We were once again informed that we would have AC and cruise control bu not heated seats or backup camera by our sales guy. We went for it. Any way we waited the three then four days... we called and played phone tag and waited some more. And called the financial department because no one was returning our calls and all we wanted to know was when the new car would arrive. Finally two weeks later we got word to pick it up, we were supposed to be out of province for aget together this weekend. We were supposed to have left this morning. I took the day off work. We get the car and it turns out that it doesn't have cruise control. And we are missing our ferry. And they are still not telling us what can be done. More

They are always friendly and accommodating and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I know that I can count on getting my vehicle back in a timely manner for services and they will even drive you and pick you up from across the city if need be! I am always very impressed with their commitment to customer service and would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns or needs a Toyota serviced. More
Very Poor Service I went to South Pointe for a scheduled oil change. They insisted that I had to have a brake fluid check. I had my brakes checked at Canyon Creek durin I went to South Pointe for a scheduled oil change. They insisted that I had to have a brake fluid check. I had my brakes checked at Canyon Creek during my 40,000 service check. They claimed that was not good enough and I could not have my oil change unless I paid the price for the brake fluid check. I immediately got in my car and left. I have never had such poor customer service. I will add that Canyon Creek Toyota completed the service with no questions asked. Thank you to the Service Advisor, Lawrence, he did the right thing and treated me with respect. Something that the South Pointe service department did not. More

Snakes Very poor sales staff. Left feeling swindled. Had to go back to have pricing issues adjusted and they ignored all emails after the fact. Once they hav Very poor sales staff. Once they have your money don't expect this Toyota dealer to be friendly or understanding. Offered free oil changes without explaining the fact that I would need an immediate 200$ "regular" maintenance for break service that should have been done before buying. The "free" oil change offer is void the second you don't do the additional maintenance... Which is fine if they tell you up front that it is required. I only found out when I went in to have my vehicle detailed. An employee told me that my free oil changes were void before my first one. Too many complaints to list. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. More

We had a car that was leased to myself and my company as co lesee's. I retired this year and dissolved my consulting company. When I came time to renew the plates on the car, Alberta Registry needed a letter from Toyota leasing that they where alright with registering the vehicle in my name only. I contacted Jamil and with in one day he had a letter from Toyota that allowed us to register our car in only our name. Thank you so much Jamil. You did this out of the goodness of your heart. We have purchased two new vehicles from Southepointe in the last three years and we definitely be back there when the time to trade comes. Once again, thank you Jamil! More
