I have been dealing Mark K for the last 25 years- when purchasing vehicles. He has looked after my whole family and deals expertly with our needs and requests. I would not go elsewhere. The folks in "Service" provide excellent service in every respect backed by the mechanics etc. in the shop. I have nothing of a negative nature to add. The purchase of the car from Gerry was a pleasurable experience. My only complaint with the new car purchase was the lack of any "thank you" letter which in my view should come from Jay Lockwood personally or at the very least from the Dealership's G.M. When one spends $30K +, you would expect a "thank you" other than from the salesman as you drive away in the new car. I have expressed these views in surveys received which have never been acknowledged. Barry Meredith . More

I began my search for a midsized vehicle that could tackle Canadian elements on the internet. Lockwood Chrysler Jeep was the first to display exactly what I was looking for. Mil was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He answered every one of my questions - no matter how foolish - and was always accomodating. He helped me narrow down my choice from the C process. He answered every one of my questions - no matter how foolish - and was always accomodating. He helped me narrow down my choice from the Challenger SRT8 to the Charger SRT8 by again answering quite a few questions. He also helped to connect me with the right people to purchase my winter tires from Lockwood as well. Mil even volunteered to pick up the vehicle himself from Peterborough but instead he surprised me by having it delivered on a flatbed - no extra charge. When I finally picked it up my Charger SRT8 the presentation exceeded my expectations. Mil walked me through all of the salient features and even set-up my Blackberry. Overall, great experieince. I love my car. Thanks Mil. More
