This was just one of a great many visits to the Service Department at Lockwood, and as always the experience was great!! My new Chrysler 300C is my 8th vehicle from Lockwood and the 8th to be services the Department at Lockwood, and as always the experience was great!! I live in Brampton and keep coming back to Lockwood because of the great prices, wonderful sales staff, and the great work done by the Service staff. It is a great feeling to walk in and everyone knows you by name and I know I can completely trust my vehicle in their hands. I rely on them for their advice and for the great work they do. When I got my latest vehicle Richard Kovacs was the sales person who worked with me to find the right fit for me. He was great to work with, showed me all of the different facets of the car and welcomes me to contact him anytime if I have questions. And the price was unbeatable!! Jeanie, Al, Jon and Jocelyn in the Service department are certainly the best in the business. I've dealt with other Service departments at other dealerships and certainly did not come away with the same comfort level.
