She was prompt when following up, when we agreed to, but never pushy about the outcome, unlike other places. She let me dictate the pace of the deal. Post purchase, she followed up a few times, she even called me to wish me a happy birthday, a small touch but it re-enforces the feeling that I'm not just another sale to be forgotten about like I got from some high volume dealers.
