The overall experience was excellent. Was greeted by friendly staff who took car keys and offered a complimentary ride home as well as a phone call when service was complete. Ibby was not scheduled to work that day, but when we made him aware that it was the day that would be most convenient for us to accommodate the pick-up, he showed no hesitation in coming in to accommodate our request. We were surprised at his willingness and insistence on coming into work to finalize the paperwork and delivery with us. Through previous experience at other retail businesses, such a scenario would have left us handed-off to another employee who was scheduled to work that day. In addition, the other staff whom we met upon the day we purchased the vehicle, went out of their way to greet us and thank us for the business when we were at the dealership to pick-up the vehicle. As previously stated, the vehicle purchase experience at Lockwood was a unique one.
