The previous experiences obviously were fine, otherwise I wouldn't have come back, but this time I felt that the Sales Consultant (Saffi Abid) in particular went that extra mile to really try and make a deal that worked and where everyone (myself and family) was happy. I simply can't fault the service - and that's something that you don't hear often when it comes to the car sales world in general. It's a world that I think has quite rightly deserved it's wheeler-dealer, slightly shady reputation over the years, but no such worries here. Everything was up-front, genuinely friendly and very flexible - that's what customers want and that's what I got. Great job! More
