From sales to service, prepare for disappointment Several weeks ago I called to book an appointment to have an E-Test done on my vehicle. Luckily I was able to get a same day appointment. I arrived 10 Several weeks ago I called to book an appointment to have an E-Test done on my vehicle. Luckily I was able to get a same day appointment. I arrived 10 minutes prior, was told it would take approximately 30-40 minutes. I requested that the nitrogen in my tires could be filled because of a trip the next day. I was told no problem. I waited for over 2 hours to have this $33 service done. Clearly the service staff knew it had taken way too long, but made no effort to apologize or offer any kind of compensation. I knew things were not going well when a different staff member had to remind the one dealing with me that I was still waiting. Apparently my vehicle had been out front waiting for sometime prior to me being told it was ready and presented with nothing but a bill. As I paid I asked if my tires had been checked, of course not. The service staff then promptly checked them himself, and inflated them with what I can only guess was regular air and not nitrogen, while draping the dirty hose across the hood of my car and side panels. This was my first service visit after the new ownership and wow what a change. I already regret purchasing my vehicle at the original dealer after a transmission issue cost me more than the current time vehicle value. Then being treated like an inconvenience and having my time wasted without any concern, really makes you wonder what happened to customer service. I half expected to receive one of their thank emails asking about my experience, funny how I didn't this time. Years before I had my own vehicle, my family used to frequent Lockwood Chrysler for service on our minivan. Jeanie was the main reason I returned with my own vehicle, because of the great service she provided my parents. Unfortunately I have only received her twice on returning for service work, and both times were great. More

Our experience with Michelle Knight was not so pleasant. Never have someone make so much errors on our applications. The minute we walked into her room to figure our our finance, I had a sick feeling to my stomach that we feel she's "off" All the address and my husband name on our application was incorrect, and most importantly she screw up by putting my husband's name on the application. THIS was MY car and my payments. She did not keep us posted on the situations up until we went to go pick up our new car. by the it was TOO late. So now my husband's name is also on my car which he already have his own car and WAS thinking of getting a new car on his own. But since then, he won't able to because of a mistake someone has made. More

Purchased a "slightly used" 2015 RAM 1500 Sport Great dealership with lots of selection. They had just what I was looking for (with even more features that I though I could get). The salesman, Eric Great dealership with lots of selection. They had just what I was looking for (with even more features that I though I could get).
