Quick/fast purchasing experience & great customer service I was actually just getting my usual quick oil change service from Dave for my 2014 RAM pickup but they also had a customer loyalty sales event which I was actually just getting my usual quick oil change service from Dave for my 2014 RAM pickup but they also had a customer loyalty sales event which I went to while I was waiting for my truck. Saffi Abid was my sales rep assigned to me and he listened to what I wanted with a new truck, what I wanted with the trade and my budget constraints. Based on that, Saffi suggested a 2016 RAM Longhorn ECODiesel that met my requirements and more. Saffi and Sam(Sales Manager) worked hard and fast to give me the best deal knowing the time constraint that they had. While I was waiting, Dave walked over to give me the details of my truck service and that it was ready for me. I thought that was nice of him to do so and will never forget these little things that make me come back for his customer service. Saffi and Sam delivered and I'm very happy with the purchase experience. David Netherton also made the financing easy and followed up with me on any outstanding items for an easy truck delivery. The focus was on the customer for sure - NOT the commission. I ended up getting the 1500 that worked best for me and not "over sold" on extras that I wasn't looking for this time around. I drove in from out of town and the paperwork took no more than 20 minutes ... it had been prepared in advance and so all I did was sign. I had a long drive home and time was of the essence. The dealership staff I met were friendly and it was a relaxed atmosphere. Yes, I'd deal with this dealership again. No problem. More

We were looking for a dealership that had a vehicle that fitted our needs (had to be capable of towing 4 wheel down behind our motor home). We were also looking for a dealership that would appreciate our trade-in, a 2012 Fiat Abarth with very low mileage and in showroom condition. South Oakville Chrysler Fiat fit the bill and Anthony Godlewski, our salesman turned out to be the icing on the cake. Anthony was both likable and knowledgeable. What he didn't know off the top of his head, he found out in short order.
