She had a certain colour in mind and when we walked into the showroom at South Oakville she saw what she wanted, not black or white or red but gray. We didn't intend to buy that day but I guess I can say that "You had us at hello" because the exact car was sitting right there. How could we walk away? The experience was very pleasant. From Mike greeting us at the front door to Alanna showing us all the features of the cars and Michaela handling all the paperwork. I thought afterwards that I should have negotiated a better price but I can tell you it didn't really matter because that was the car that my wife wanted. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics. The car was ready when they said it would be and we drove home 3 days later with a new Fiat. More

Buyer Beware This is my second time purchasing a new Jeep from South Oakville Chrysler. First one was a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Problem free and a great vehicle. Recommend my VP of sales to also purchase a Jeep which he did, only 4 door. Loves it. So I recently traded in my 2013 and bought a 2016 Jeep LE 75th Anniversary Edition, deluxe package, leather etc. However I did not drive the vehicle because it was the same ride etc, as my old one One thing I did rave about and even wrote a post for was myjeepstoryCA about the stereo inside the Jeep. When I took delivery of the new Jeep I turned on the stereo and it did not sound the same as the one that I had purchased in 2013. Although this Jeep had more features than my 2013, it did not have the same deluxe stereo system that my old Jeep had. I and my sales person assumed that it was the same. It was not. Upon further investigation my new Jeep needed an amplifier and different speakers to sound the same. I asked what the cost would be. $2K for the stereo and $600 to install. I was not nor am I looking for a new free stereo however $2600 for a new stereo on top of my new stereo that I already have was a bit much. The sales manager has not contacted me to discuss and the salesperson said that there is nothing more they can do. I ask Chrysler to be fair and do the right thing and come to a resolution on what was otherwise a good experience. More
