I test drive vehicle locally and asked if they could match price. They couldn't get closer than $4000. In fact they advised me it might be a scam and I'd find final charge much higher. I dealt with The finance manager named Michaela. She was fantastic! She had everything organized and ready to sign. The whole transaction took about 15 minutes. It was well worth the drive for us. I don't typically purchase new vehicles but the sale on the Cherokee made it the same price as a used vehicle. Well done Michaela and south Oakville Chrysler. Also I'm loving the change from a van to my new Cherokee! More

Saffi was so helpful and was always available by phone, email and text It was such a pleasure to deal with Saffi on the purchase of my new Fiat 500C! Saffi was so helpful and was always available by phone, email and text for all our questions regarding the vehicle. We are not from Oakville so Saffi sent us a detailed video of the car so we could see it without being there! When we came up to Oakville Saffi picked us up at the train station and drove us to the dealership to finalize our purchase. Excellent customer service from Saffi. Michaela was also very helpful in explaining the warranties and coverages with Chrysler too. Overall it was an absolute pleasure to purchase a car from South Oakville Chrysler. Buy from Them!!!! 10 months ago I traded in my 2014 Ram for a New 2016 Ram. The thing was I lived 1400km away from the dealership but these guys made it worth my whil 10 months ago I traded in my 2014 Ram for a New 2016 Ram. The deal was fantastic and these guys made it a seamless transaction... Since then, I have had my brother and my good friend go and do a trade in deal on brand new Ram trucks as well.
