Top notch I met Saffi when I first responded to a used car ad on AutoTRADER. It was the beginning of my car search. He took the time to tell me all about it even tho it was above my stated budget and new not used. After seeing many used i came back and bought the brand new one. He organized everything for me. Made it very easy. I met Michaela they the loan application and again just the best experience and made it easy and made me feel at home. They made the whole experience easy and positive. I'd recommend them both to anyone. A few days after owning it I had the misfortune of getting a cracked windshield. Having never bought a new vehicle before, they were both patient in explaining everything to us and showing us all of our options. I'm sure we asked some questions more than once in order to understand everything, but they were both super kind and understanding and didn't mind repeating themselves! We both left feeling that we made the right choice to trust Michaela and Saffi in seeing us through our first new vehicle purchase. We are in love with our new Jeep Wrangler! Still amazed Saffi could fit an entire set of Sport rims and tires in the Jeep!! He really took his time to make sure our questions were heard and we had all the answers we needed! Saffi went above and beyond to explain to us what our next step was and to get everything ready for us to pick up the Jeep. He was great to talk to, very friendly! You can tell he is dedicated to his work and his appreciation for Jeeps made me feel at home with our purchase.
