Overall it was a very good experience. Being a lifelong Honda/Acura guy, I was impressed with the cars. Staff was great; friendly, easy to deal with, accommodating. Sales was low-key too...test drives were lots of fun, with no pressure tactics. They were there to help you make the right decision. My only real complaint is with their detailing company that handles your new car prep. They do a crap job. Streaky windshield, seats not wiped down/vacuumed very well, tires could use a bit more foam to make them nice and black. It's done by a detailing company that lacks attention to detail. The detailing wasn't horrible, but it's not good enough for a new car. I've purchased about 10 new cars from dealerships and this detailing was definitely the worst. So now I have to clean both new cars. Yes, both of them. We liked the folks at South Centre so much we decided to buy 2 cars in the span of 3 days. Really didn't need to go to any other dealer. I explained over the phone prior to my arrival what my criteria were and when we arrived, Melissa had three to choose from. A no brainer. When you own a Porsche you are always asked how expensive is it to get serviced. I am on my 3rd and the Porsche is the only one I don't mind taking in to get serviced.
