After deciding on getting a VW for my first new car, I drove down to South Centre Fine Cars to see what VW had to offer. I had seen the new Golf and thought that it would be a suitable car for me. The first thing I noticed about him was how friendly and approachable he was. he was not pushy or insistent in any way and allowed me to browse around freely with no pressure. I didn't make any big decisions that day, but took Brandon's card with the intention of coming back to him shortly. The following week I came in to discuss specifics, payment plans, and everything else that is involved with buying a new car. Brandon was very straight forward and explained everything to me clearly. we checked different quotes and pricing options, and that day I left, telling him that I wasn't going to commit to buying a new car just yet, but that I would be back soon. Brandon was away the following week, so when I had made up my mind and come in on Monday, I dealt with his very friendly desk-mate Corby. Although Brandon was not in the office, he was always reachable on his cell phone. While waiting to receive a delivery date for my car to come, we stayed in touch by text, despite him being on holiday. the car came in soon after Brandon returned from holidays. I would go back to South Centre to buy a new car, and would gladly deal with Brandon again, as I feel that he is honest and trustworthy, and really willing to go out of his way to make sure that you're a satisfied a client. I just dropped in for a quick look at new Golf, with no intention of buying at Southcenter, as I had already bought other new vehicles from Northland Volks. Corby got back to me a few times, without 'bugging' me, with relevant and useful info on a potential purchase. I ended up purchasing the car at this dealership solely because of the way we were treated by Corby, his knowledge, honesty and humility when he did not know the answer to a particular question, follow up when he got the answer, and his humour. The experience was very pleasant. My daughter test drove a used Jetta and I ended up buying it for myself. Brandon was very friendly and easy to talk to. Had a great experience dealing with South Centre Fine Cars. They were able to get me the car I wanted at an affordable lease payment. Other VW dealers in both Red Deer and Calgary seemed unwilling to h Cars. They were able to get me the car I wanted at an affordable lease payment.
