I didn't get a phone call that my car was done. I had to call myself the service department to learn that it was ready for pick up. I'm assuming I waited few unnecessary hours. We have always found Mr Kelly and Mr Stone Helpful, informed, polite (even their coffee is of good quality)and precise with respect to work time requirements and costs even in cases of unusual customer requests (example: arranging a Cayenne's braking system to accomodate a Northamerican trailerhitch's braking system for a horse trailer). In addition the service was always very timely, and prompt, and the results of the service always matched was was promised. We really also appreciated it when they called back promptly when the car was acting oddly after a night out at minus 34 Celsius. It is always good to talk to knowledgeable people when the car starts acting up in those extreme conditions The excellent service will be a large part of our decision to purchase a Porsche for our next car. Went in looking to purchase parts, normally I would do this online but I needed it fast and thought they might have it in stock. I was pleasently surprised to find that most of the items were in stock as this online but I needed it fast and thought they might have it in stock. Derek assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for and promptly ordering what they didnt have, which arrived in a reasonable time at no extra cost.
