Rob Ward was very friendly and he made sure he understood what my needs were before I proceeded with the purchase. He provided me with information that I didn't even ask for, which further proved that he was sincerely helping me made the right decision. He made sure that I could contact him if I have any issue and after the purchase, he followed up with me to check on how I was enjoying my car and whether he could provide any support for me. The whole sales process was so seamless that I was able to pick up my car in no time! Highly recommended! More

Service that would make any owner/management proud. I required a new vehicle for business and I had done some model research beforehand, so I was 95% sure that a TDI Golf was what I was needing. Compact, fuel efficient and able to easily handle the city's downtown driving conditions as well as a comfortable freeway experience. I don't think I could have picked a better car! While talking to Brendan about the hybrid vs. diesel option, he gave me the xxxxxxand con's of each vehicle and asked logical questions that were helping us both in the decision/recommendation process, like "Where do you spend the majority of your time, stop-and-go or at freeway speed?" Since 75% of my driving is at cruising speed, he assured me that for my particular needs, a TDI is the best option on the market...period! The sale process was (thankfully) not high pressure like some dealers. Personally, if I sense pressure coming from a salesperson, I walk and don't return. Dealers have one chance to earn my purchase and the people at South Centre VW did that with ease. Various extended warranty options were offered and explained (in detail) by Darren C. and I made the decision to get it extended to 120,000. Again, no pressure, just information to help me make a decision. Since it was used, the manual had either been lost by the original owner or misplaced while getting the car ready for delivery. I noticed it wasn't in the glovebox the morning after picking up the car, and gave Brendan a call. He assured he would find it, or get me one. A few days later, he called and said I could pick it up and apologized for missing it. Again, I got the impression that the VW working environment is relaxed, efficient and everyone does their job with integrity...a great mix of Canada and Germany. So far, I'm in love with this TDI Golf. I ensure maintenance is routinely carried out by the dealership, and to that end I'm replacing a Japanese car with 450,000 kms on the odometer. Hopefully this little German workhorse can see 1 Million. Thanks again VW! More

I felt so appreciated and there wasn't any pressure. I was able to pick up my new Jetta in less than a week. upon delivery, Emma helped through the paperwork process, and the walk around and was so friendly and helpful. The whole process from beginning to end was SUPER EASY! The only thing they couldn't do was offer me a great value for my old vehicle on trade-in. Both Darren & Justin the business managers were GREAT to deal with as well! They had my financing approved before I even got home from the dealership! And when I sat down to go over the warranty etc I felt like all the options were explained very well to me so I could make an informed decision to best suit me & my new vehicle. I have bought a few new cars in my time and the whole process from purchasing to receiving my vehicle with you was by far the smoothest. The vehicle was ready to go for a test drive when you said it would be, the finance department was not only efficient but also was very helpful in directing us to the closest financial institute of our choice as well as the registries office. The vehicle was detailed and filled with fuel for my drive home. Brendan you were very thorough in going over the car and also so helpful in setting up my iPhone and bluetooth (that would have taken me hours to figure out). I was so impressed and have recommended South Centre VW to everyone I talk to. I would not hesitate to make the journey to Calgary and South Centre VW in the future. You know your product and are friendly and efficient as well. So not only was the purchasing experience a pleasurable one, but driving in my Beetle convertible puts a smile on my face every day. The only complaint that I have is that the car has a built in sensor that doesn't allow me to put the top down when it is colder then -10. My friends say this is a good thing as only a crazy canuck would drive around with the top down in the winter here. Once again, Thank you for your excellent service. More
