I went in to Southcentre Volkswagen after deciding it was time to look for a new vehicle and I was very interested in a Volkswagen. I was not sure if I wanted to go with a TDI or a 1.8T Gas engine and was co time to look for a new vehicle and I was very interested in a Volkswagen. I was not sure if I wanted to go with a TDI or a 1.8T Gas engine and was considering a Beetle and a Jetta as options. I met Rob Ward and he was fantastic to deal with. Rob answered all of my questions and knew everything about the vehicles. Rob was able to show me the costs for the vehicles I was considering including the monthly payment amounts and he even had some fuel mileage comparisons for me knowing that I was interested in fuel mileage as I commute from Okotoks in time Calgary everyday. The whole experience with Rob was very easy and felt so laid back and there was no pressure to buy a vehicle. He was willing to let me test drive as many vehicles as I needed to make my decision and was willing to let me take as much time test driving as I needed to in order to ensure the vehicle was the correct vehicle for me. When I decided on a new 2014 VW Beetle TDI things just kept rolling along with no issues at all. Next I met Darren Clarke who is a finance Manager at Southcentre Volkswagen. Darren explained all of the warranty information and protection options for my new beetle. Darren asked me all the relative questions for the vehicle to determine the best finance option for me and determine what protection options would best suit my needs. He knew everything about the 3M protection film for the front of my beetle as well as he knew and explained what the diamond fusion windshield protection was and then we went through all of the details for extended warranty plans. Both Darren and Rob made me feel very appreciated as a client and they were both 100% invested in making my experience at Southcentre Volkswagen an amazing experience. They had my car ready for me in a few days and had the vehicle all washed up and ready for pickup at my convenience. When I came in to pickup the vehicle everyone at the front desk was so nice and polite. After going through all the paperwork with Darren I met Emma and she was amazing. She went through all of the options on the car and explained how to use everything and ensured that I knew how to operate everything in my new beetle. Rob, Darren and Emma were all so nice and helpful.After I had picked up the car I received a call the following day from Rob to make sure everything was going well with the new Beetle and that I was happy. I have bought many vehicles over the years from dealerships and have never received this good of an experience. I will only buy Volkswagens from now on and will only buy them from Rob at Southcentre Volkswagen. My experience has exceeded every expectation I could have in dealing with a dealership. I have already recommended clients and friends to give Rob and Southcentre Volkswagen a call for their next vehicle. More

I had a very good experience with the people I dealt with at the dealership, particularly Rob Ward. He was very knowledgeable on the Tiguan and explaining the details of the vehicle. The winter tires were not at site the day I picked up the car but Rob quickly offered to bring them to me at a convenient time once they arrived. Darren was helpful in getting the car registration and license plates so that I did not have to make an extra trip to the Registry office. All in all I felt the process of buying a car was not as stressful as I anticipated. I would certainly recommend Southcentre VW and Rob again. More
