I should further add that they took care of my car promptly and without appointment. He didnt have an attitude like he was in a rush or was wanting to be with other clients . He relayed my options after (Which were pretty fair ) . After telling him i needed more time to think . He wasn't pushing me into anything i didn't want . Also , gave me about 3-4 days before asking me to come test drive it again . By Matt not pushing me & letting me make the desicion on my own , it was clear to me that Matt only wants what the customer wants . After deciding to purchase it . Top notch customer service! My experience began when I walked into the dealership looking to test drive a 2015 Golf TDI. Trevor greeted me within minutes of me walking in. Very p My experience began when I walked into the dealership looking to test drive a 2015 Golf TDI. Trevor greeted me within minutes of me walking in. Very professional. I explained to him that this would be my first VW and I was very much interested in a new TDI Golf. He walked me through the model they had on the floor and explained a bunch of features of the car and different trim levels that were offered. Next came the test drive. I got into a 2015 Golf TDI Trendline and was pretty amazed at how comfortable it felt and how well it drove. I'm 6'3" and fit very well into the driver seat and my friend (6'2"), fit in the back seat with tons of room. Once we got back to the dealership Trevor helped me pick out some preliminary option choices and colors they offered. As promised, he followed up with me two days later and I went into the dealership on Saturday to sign the papers. Again, within minutes I was greeted by Trevor and offered a coffee and to sit down in their lounge to narrow down the model I wanted. We sealed the deal and then scheduled in a day for me to pickup the car (following Tuesday). The experience of picking up the car was on the same level as all my previous encounters at the dealership. Again, greeted with open arms and walked into the side room where they had my new Golf TDI fully prepped and ready to go. I was walked through all the settings and certain points on the manual that I should take note of. They had already scheduled in my first service and emailed me a confirmation. They did note that they would call prior to the service to ensure that the date/time worked for me. All in all, I had a wonderful experience buying from South Centre Volkswagen and dealing with Trevor. This is my very first VW and it most certainly won't be my last. I only went to this dealership to look at buying a VW. In my mind, I don't believe the buying experience and customer service can get any better than this. More

He made it very easy for me to purchase my new golf. Although I signed a protection package that I decide I didn't want after, he was willing to help me out. Great customer service was what sold me this new Golf over other dealer. Trevor came to greet me as soon as I walked in. Unlike other two VW dealership in Calgary, which they did not even bother greet me and looked at me like it was some mid's 20 kid who can't afford new car. ( was ignored at least for 30 minutes ) had to ask for salesman on a quiet day and still had to wait . Emma the delivery specialist was very helpful explained what I needed to know Other hands I was slightly disappointed about finance department. Felted like was a little pushy on my decision about finance or cash out. And high-pressure up sell on some aftermarket product .. More
