Smooth and Easy Great to be back to the VW family. He was very courteous, kept the conversation light and was available when ever we had questions. During the time that we purchased our vehicle to the time of delivery Xin followed up and answered any questions as well as keeping us updated. Upon delivery he was there to meet and introduce us to his team for the delivery for the information package and overview ofthe car the day we took it home. Where Xin excels has been his follow up, it has been 4 months and he has checked in on the vehicle 2 times making sure all is well and were are satisfied with the product he sold us. Great customer service and i will be keep him and the dealership in mind when friends and family are looking for new vehicles. More

You guys are great!!! I am currently on my third Volkswagen but this is the first time I have been to South Centre Volkswagen. The only reason for changing dealerships was I am currently on my third Volkswagen but this is the first time I have been to South Centre Volkswagen. The only reason for changing dealerships was I had moved (within Calgary) since my last Jetta and this one was closer to home not because of any bad experiences there. My lease was up in a few months on my current Jetta and I stopped by to see what my best options were. I have had no issues with my Jetta and buying it out was certainly a consideration but I was hoping to upgrade to a newer version or even another model but still had to keep within my current budget. I was greeted by Jack as I walked in and explained what I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the new 2015 Jetta with its new standard features and then he engaged the help of Brad to see if they had the color and style I wanted and arrange for me to get into my new car within a reasonable time, instead of waiting until my lease was up in a few months. Long story short, I am driving my new Jetta and like the previous 2 VW’s (my first was a Golf) am loving it. Thanks to Shanna and Brad for keeping my payments within my budget and still getting me everything I needed and especially Jack for making this the most fun car buying experience I’ve ever had. You guys are great!!! More

Pre-Owned purchase I recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda from South Centre Volkswagen. The Sales rep Xin Chen spent the time detailing all the feature/options on the c I recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda from South Centre Volkswagen. The Sales rep Xin Chen spent the time detailing all the feature/options on the car. I had an issue with the drivers door locking on me latter in the day that I picked up my vehicle. When I brought it back to the dealership, Xin was quick to get the service technicians to look at the vehicle. He then gave me regular updates as to what was taking place. After a couple of hours it was determined that parts were needed to complete the repair and they offered a courtesy car until my car could be repaired. Again, Xin provided regular updates to me on the progress of the repair. When the car was ready, Xin made sure it was spotless; washed and fueled up. I must thank Xin Chen and Shaun Ellenor for promptly getting the car into the service department and for providing a courtesy car so I was not stuck without a vehicle. Then after doing the repairs making sure the car was 100% when I came to pick it up! A definite positive experience dealing with South Centre Volkswagen! Again, Thank you. Scott Harper More
