We changed the target on the business management team a few times and they were always accommodating. We originally were promised a discount because of 'diesel gate' but ended up selling the car and they basically took the discount back. However - they did offer to go halfway which is fine. we did have a bit of a problem with the parts department and the business department. i wanted to get a quote for 3m and also window tinting and a few other items (snow tires for one). Serge always introduced me to them but they never seemed to reply, or reply once and not again. I have told them this so it's nothing new. Again -for the most part I would recommend them. The service department is amazing and Serge is very good too. More

When we first decided to buy a VW, the 1st dealership in Calgary that came up was Northland VW. I did contact them, what an unfortunate experience! Having done business with Southland VW afterwards, I can not begin to describe the enormous difference!!! From the moment the receptionist answered the phone( our 1st contact with the dealership ), up to the very last moment when we drove away in our new vehicle, an amazing experience! I want to thank Matt especially for being so professional, friendly and committed !!He is great and I hope the dealership realizes and recognizes how exceptional he is!!
