While providing relevant information, Serge is very even in presenting different scenarios without pressure. She was very knowledgeable and did not use pressure tactics; she just gave us the information we requested and gave us plenty of time to consider the options and make our decision. We have also been dealing with Alice at the South Centre service department for 15 years. This lady runs an exceptional service centre and they have always treated us with respect and fairness, which is why we have been going there for 15 years. More

Not once have I ever had to give Jack an alignment or his superior, Dave. I have purchased my second vehicle from them and the transition is always flawless. When financing my new vehicle, Justin made sure I had gotten every penny's worth that I could for my new car. Then there's the delivery. Oh yes! Your new car is sitting waiting for you as you look at it through that window. Love at first sight all over again. Even though I have been through the delivery process, I was lucky to go through it again with Emma. She carefully and thoroughly explained everything about my new car and left little tabs on the important pages in my Owner's Manuel. There are no words that I can say to describe the amount of service and genuine kindness of everyone I run into at South Centre Volkswagen. Their service leaves me always wanting more like that new car smell. More

I was also pleased with the tightness and appearance of the dealership and the cars (extremely clean and organized). I did have some difficulties with the financial team, but definitely due to my own personal conditions (I am a foreigner leaving in Canada). They were EXTREMELY helpful in finding a solution to my particular case, however, I'd have appreciated a bit more delicacy of the team in treating certain personal matters as well as more organization - I had to deal with different people and I was requested different documents at each time.
