I walked into the South Center dealership and didn't feel out of place and was shortly after greeted by Christian. I was well taken care of from that point on by everyone I was introduced to and the process was vary easy and went smoothly. Christian reviewed all maintenance history and brought the car up for a test drive. I felt very comfortable in the care during the test drive and decided it was what I needed. I tested a few vehicles prior to visiting South Centre Volkswagen however was not impressed at all. Serge was great, didn't pressure me at all, and took the time to make sure I was in the right vehicle. I found him to be a very honest person and did not feel he would give me a bad deal. Ended up in a 2013 Jetta. The dealership was able to arrange winter tires and same day 3M application, working around my schedule with great flexibility. Overall, a great experience. More
