I didn't find a diesel but did find a used (gas) 2011 Jetta that fit the bill: reasonably priced, it turned out the trimline was better than advertised, and we got a fantastic (low!) interest rate, even though it was a used car (which, honestly, surprised me a little). Serge was able to answer all our questions, and allowed us to get great deal on a set of winter tyres as well -- and a set for my girlfriend's 2010 Golf -- with lifetime winter/summer tyre changes. Everything was explained really well, there was 0 pressure to buy a warranty or glass protection, etc but Justin explained it all and I would have considered it except the Jetta had a full inspection report and still had 10 months of warranty left. At no point did I feel like I was pushed into anything, in fact the winter tyres were our idea not his. I'd go back. More

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Southcentre and both have been from Jack. There was no question after the first vehicle that I would talk to Jack again for the second. Shanna was also great to deal with. She was thorough and answered all of my questions promptly. When she was unavailable Darren stepped in and was great as well. I felt comfortable asking questions and every time they were so helpful. The service I received during my new car purchase was excellent and I am so happy with my new car! More

He was friendly & helpful right from the beginning of our meeting until I finally drove away in my brand new Jetta 3 months later (thank you for your patience!). Trevor worked hard to figure out what I needed in a vehicle, given my lifestyle and driving habits. He followed up promptly when he said he would and I always felt like my decision to purchase a vehicle at South Centre was more important that just another sale.
