Trade-in and Buying New Made Easy I recently had an accident and injured my neck which made lane changing and shoulder checking in my R very difficult due to its low stature and small I recently had an accident and injured my neck which made lane changing and shoulder checking in my R very difficult due to its low stature and small mirrors. I chose South Centre after having below average experiences at the other 2 VW dealerships in Calgary with my other VW's ( I have owned 3 in the last 15 years). I drove to the dealership arriving at 2 PM and informed the salesman I was going to trade -in my R and drive a Tiguan off the lot before closing. Serge was very pleasant and worked with me to find a lightly used 2013 Tiguan in great shape which had the remainder of the New Car Warranty along with the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty that will give me some key coverage to 160K. The important part was I got the trade-in value I wanted for the R and a great price on the Tiguan. The vehicle is a great commuter with much improved visibility and safety with my physical limitation making my daily commute into the core much less stressful. From start to finish the process took less than 2 hours, all dealerships should be this customer friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great buying experience South Centre. More
