He knew what car we were there to see and had it ready to go for a test drive Came in off of an Autotrader ad, was quickly directed to Kyle for help. He knew what car we were there to see and had it ready to go for a test drive, and after some pleasantries and a brief questionnaire, walked me around the vehicle and answered any questions I had. He was knowledgeable regarding the car, and easy to talk to. After we got back, we closed the deal quickly, and he was not pushy regarding any options, which was nice. Sales staff were available and I received excellent service. There is history with this dealership and there have been a few vehicles that were purchased and the excellent service was a great motivator to check out the dealership and ultimately end up purchasing a new Golf.
