Alex was friendly, not at all pushy (a rare departure from most of my previous dealership experiences) and was quick to accommodate my rather specific requests (find me a manual transmission GTI, Golf, or SportWagen in stock in one of three colors). Alex was very well-equipped to answer my really specific (verging on ridiculous, to be completely honest) questions and was able to quickly figure out what vehicles from their current inventory might work. A quick test drive, 5 mins of back and forth with the sales manager, and the deal was done. Their business office was quick and I picked up the car two business days later without any fuss. Would definitely purchase another car from them again! More
