The fellow in financing was awesome and made it a great experience. The only lost star was for the handling of my used VW trade in. Really wasnt given much room for negotiation was told, it was 'late' and he didnt want to sit and haggle, which was fine, but it was 730, they were open till 9. Minor issue, and just a sales tactic, but that lossed them a star in my books. Other then that everything was perfect. More
