He suggested he could update us with periodic emails to stay informed and It was exactly that, never a barrage of 'pressure' emails, only informative emails we didn't mind reading. It was because of such an email we contacted Ian and purchased our MDX in July. As we were in the market for another vehicle, we ended up purchasing the RDX two months later. The reasob?? We experienced superb service not only from Ian but from every other department as well. Also, on each occasion we visited the dealership we spoke with other Acura owners in the parking lot and heard the same thing over; "love my vehicle', 'great dealership to work with', 'best vehicle I've ever owned'and 'never experienced a problem.' It's for this reason we felt confident to buy the second Acura in such a short time span as we generally like to 'test' a new brand for at least one year, but didn't feel the need to do so this time. So far we're happy to report that we've been enjoying our Acura vehicles! More

Awesome experience I had an amazing afternoon at Silverhill Acura with the pre-owned employees Patrick and Charles. I was wanting to make a purchase and these two were v I had an amazing afternoon at Silverhill Acura with the pre-owned employees Patrick and Charles. I was wanting to make a purchase and these two were very friendly and transparent. We had some great laughs and talked about vehicles (one of my passions too!) They answered all my questions and were very forthright and understanding from my point of view. My entire experience was was pleasant because Charles and Patrick are great at their job and know their xxxx. Because I was there for several hours, they even offered to feed me lunch, (I was there for that long on my account) plus these two were a "riot" and I feel like I made new friends. I am excited to ride my new RDX out of there in a few days. Thank you both for your everything!!! More

Superior Service I walked on to the Silverhill Acura lot Tuesday afternoon and 72 hours later, I was driving home in my car. The Saleman was Bob Allen and he could have not been any nicer. He greeted me at a car I was looking at and I felt comfortable from the moment we met. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision. When I picked up the car, he went thru all the bells and whistles of the car. I would NOT hesitate to refer Bob to anyone that is buying a car. He was not pushy and I felt comfortable with my decision even the first day. Fix scratches on hood and reapply 3M Silverhill provide excellent service no matter how small or silly the problem. This particular service was the result of my horse chewing on the hood.
