Excellent service, above and beyond my expectations My NSX is supercharged and has a bunch of aftermarket parts on it. Brought it in to Silverhill because the supercharger belt broke and the tensioners My NSX is supercharged and has a bunch of aftermarket parts on it. Brought it in to Silverhill because the supercharger belt broke and the tensioners appeared to be seized. Talked to service advisor Pat and the car was given to mechanic Sheldon to fix. They pulled the parts off and showed me the bearings that were bad. They suggested replacing all 3 bearings to make sure I have no problems down the road. I mentioned I wanted the car back in two days as I had an event to attend. Also, because it was all aftermarket pieces I offered to run around town to get the new parts. They booked the car in on a Saturday and I brought the parts needed for the repair. I got the car back that night and was able to attend my event the following day. On the following Monday I started the car and was driving to work. I got 2 km from home, I live on an acreage outside the city, and heard a horrible noise from the engine bay. I turned around and by the time I got home there was smoke coming from the engine bay and the new supercharger belt was broken. I put the car in the garage and drove one of my other cars to work. I stopped by Silverhill and spoke to Pat again. I told him what happened and he immediately said they would take care of everything. We discussed how to get the car to him as I lived in the country. Sheldon offered to come to my place and work on it there. I am told this was not something they always do but they wanted to make things right. Sheldon came to my house that evening and pulled the parts off. Turned out one of the bearings I purchased and supplied had a manufacturers defect and failed. He took the parts back with him and returned the next day with new parts - including a new bearing that they bought. He installed them and the car is running great. The next day I brought the car back to have the AC recharged and some wheels balanced. When I came to pay my bill they did not charge me for the house call or the new bearing they supplied - even though the failure of the old bearing was nothing to do with them as it was a part I gave them to install. Throughout this whole experience Pat was keeping me informed of how things were going and Sheldon let me see what he was doing. Both were extremely professional and this experience has been head and shoulders above any other dealership experience I have had - regardless of brand. I thank them both for making what could have been a difficult situation into an excellent one. More

The original issues I had with my lease return were taken care of by Silverhill Acuras staff quickly after the general manager was involved. For the most part it was just misscommunication and hurried shipment of my vehicle that led to my lost set of tires. Once the dealership accepted responsiblity for the lost tires, everything else fell into place with Honda Canada Finance and they quickly revered the charges, have to say I am impressed with the turn around. The GM and Lease supervisor at HCF were very pleasent to deal with, and my salesman Ali went out of his way in being the middleman for all of this. More
We were overcharged for a small part. we later found out from another mechanic that not only did we grossly over pay for the part, the money that we did pay was enough to replace the whole engine! After they "fixed" the vechicle we started having problems with it... with the ABS. We have taken it in for diagnostics twice and both times they have claimed to be unable to duplicate the problem (it happens EVERY time we hit the breaks). It leads me to believe they haven't even driven the vehicle let alone looked at it. We barely got it out of the parking STALL when it started screwing up again. We have another appoinment on Tuesday. Hopefully they stop trying to screw us over. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! EVER!!!!!! More
