Professional and Stress Free Experience We visited Ian Andrews at Silverhill Acura about 3 years ago just to take a look at the Acura line-up. He suggested he could update us with periodic We visited Ian Andrews at Silverhill Acura about 3 years ago just to take a look at the Acura line-up. He suggested he could update us with periodic emails to stay informed and It was exactly that, never a barrage of 'pressure' emails, only informative emails we didn't mind reading. It was because of such an email we contacted Ian and purchased our MDX in July. As we were in the market for another vehicle, we ended up purchasing the RDX two months later. The reasob?? We experienced superb service not only from Ian but from every other department as well. Also, on each occasion we visited the dealership we spoke with other Acura owners in the parking lot and heard the same thing over; "love my vehicle', 'great dealership to work with', 'best vehicle I've ever owned'and 'never experienced a problem.' It's for this reason we felt confident to buy the second Acura in such a short time span as we generally like to 'test' a new brand for at least one year, but didn't feel the need to do so this time. So far we're happy to report that we've been enjoying our Acura vehicles! More
