I have never had issues with booking appointments and they always do their best to accommodate your day by offering shuttle services that are great as well. Fantastic service I have been going to Silverhill for over 15 years. In those years I have spoken with several service reps, however for about the last five years the s I have been going to Silverhill for over 15 years. In those years I have spoken with several service reps, however for about the last five years the service rep has been Brian Talbot. He is the reason I continue to go to Silverhill. I feel he truly cares about me and my vehicle and trust him completely. He has serviced my own Acura TL, our son's Acura MDX and my wife's Honda Civic. If he ever leaves Silverhill I would hope that his replacement would be as caring, service dedicated and knowledgeable as Brian. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the drivers of the shuttles. Very friendly and safe. Always there to accommodate my needs. I believe water flows downhill so the Dealer Principal at Silverhill Mrs. Sheftel must also be complemented. The attitude towards customer care must come from the top and it obviously does at Silverhill. I would highly recommend Silverhill to anyone without reservation! More
