Car was finished by the appropriate time -that was suggested - within one hour. I preferred to wait outside and was happy to see an area with chairs set up and protected from the weather. Only issue is I had to wait 15 minutes from my drop off time to see the car go into the service bay. I had actually arrived 15 minutes early so in fact waited 39 minutes before the car was looked at. Everyone was polite and helpful so all in all happy - just a little busy - not surprising More
