A Long overdue service call for my Mazda speed 3 Hello , my name is Frank Modenese and just recently brought my baby in for a long overdue servicing . Right from the get up and go , the representativ Hello , my name is Frank Modenese and just recently brought my baby in for a long overdue servicing . Right from the get up and go , the representatives from the service bay were extremely courteous and made me feel very welcome.i.I explained what I wanted done and what to check for so we proceeded with some paperwork and boom it was done . My car is a 2012 Mazda speed 3 , a fairly rare car so it was in my best interest to have it looked after by the professionals. For the work that had to get done ,the car couldn't of ended up in a better place, sure it may have cost a bit more but the end result is knowing that the right people worked on my car . When I got car back it was like driving it for the first time , I literally had to educate myself on how to drive the car 'Wow!. I also called the service manager to tell him thank you for looking after me the way they did and to let the technical mechanic know how much I appreciate the job well done . In closing , all the people at Signature Mazda at the auto mall in Richmond BC are fantastic ,and yes absolutely I'll go back , so if you're thinking about doing business with this dealership , I would say go and enjoy the experience. They do always seem to be busy so if you need to rebook for another appointment, it seems you will consistently need to call them to see if your parts have arrived. I was told that they will call me asap when the parts arrived but didn't receive any calls for 2 full weeks. I called the beginning of the 3rd week and was told it has arrived. I booked for service at the on the day at the very end of the 3rd week and when I got there I was told that it might be the incorrect part since they weren't the ones that called me to say that the parts have arrived.... In the end, yes, the parts were correct so my car did repaired promptly and quicker than the estimate time so that was great. However, this just makes me come back to the original question again on why no one called when the parts were already there. It probably is a timing thing and not really blaming anything on anyone but it just turns out that this was my experience there. More
Worth the trip from the North Shore I first dealt with William Li and his team when I emailed Signature Mazda about a used 2015 Mazda CX3. They were very prompt in getting back to me an I first dealt with William Li and his team when I emailed Signature Mazda about a used 2015 Mazda CX3. They were very prompt in getting back to me and understood my needs and limits in shopping for a car. I made an appointment to see the car and was met by one of William Li's assistants who showed me the car and took me for a test drive. I wanted to compare it with a 2017 CX3 so a test drive was quickly arranged. I found his assistant friendly and knowledgeable...well able to explain all the features of the car. I ended up purchasing a 2017 CX3 Demo model. William was very professional and patient with me. Our negotiations were pleasant and unhurried, with not a lot of pressure. I was able to arrange financing on the spot and also arranged for licencing the car right in the dealership. When I returned after lunch, my car was sitting in the showroom all done up with a big bow. What a lovely surprise! I am very pleased with my purchase and with the service I received from William Li and his team. More
