A very pleasant morning at signature Mazda My service appointment ran smoothly yesterday morning. I arrived at 9am. I was home by 1pm. I new it was going to be a longer service, but from the moment I entered the door until I left Sean the service representative kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. The vehicle was returned in a timely fashion. It was vacuumed and washed. What more can you ask for. Thank you Signature Mazda. More

NO HELP> NO DEAL! I recently took a day off to look for a new vehicle for my family and after visiting other dealerships at the Richmond auto mall i stopped into the si I recently took a day off to look for a new vehicle for my family and after visiting other dealerships at the Richmond auto mall i stopped into the signature mazda dealership. I was so surprised that upon entering the dealership, there seemed to be plenty of sales personal, yet for the entire time that I was looking around, no one came to ask if they could help or assist me. Anyhow, despite being very interested I found myself going from, seriously considering purchasing a mazda for my own, to not even considering it an option. I felt so neglected and unwelcome there. They basically ignored me the entire time I was there even AFTER I REQUESTED ASSISTANCE!!!! (NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME) Fortunately, being at the automall, I was able to go to the next dealership where I felt valued and respected. I was able to purchase a vehicle that day, Just NOT A MAZDA. Twelve month service I was informed when I arrived that my service appointment was not until the next day. Thankfully Sean was helpful and said he would manage to fit me I was informed when I arrived that my service appointment was not until the next day. Thankfully Sean was helpful and said he would manage to fit me in and provide the courtesy car I had arranged. When speaking to the person who made my 12 month service appointment I confirmed with her the day and date that I wanted the appointment. Mistakes happen and I assume she made an error when inputting the date. My car was in service for 5 hours, 2 hours longer than expected, however, I appreciated that Sean stayed in communication with me about the delay and the reason for it. I was surprised when William, who, assisted us when we took possession of the car 11 months ago came up to the desk when I was paying to say hello and ask how I liked the vehicle. A nice touch. More
