They were sensitive to the appointment I was trying to keep in Vancouver which I happily made. When I asked for my bill - it was COMPLIMENTARY!!! So I left Mazda elated!!!! Although this was definitely an "upsell", it was timely and appropriate. After getting several other quotes, I have ordered my tires from the dealership. Although the same product was available elsewhere for a cheaper price, I chose to order from the dealership because I believe that I will receive timely delivery and (I hope) superior service. More

I went to Signature Mazda to buy the part and replace it myself instead of having to make an appointmen My center console latch broke on my 2016 CX-5. I went to Signature Mazda to buy the part and replace it myself instead of having to make an appointment but Sean told me it was under warranty and although they were super busy, he had it replaced and I was on my way in 15 min. I have been a customer of the Signature in Richmond Automall since 2012 when I purchased my Mazda 3. I will continue to conduct buisness with this dealership as I know what to expect when it comes to service. I have never felt jerked around and always have been giving the best pricing and service. People were nice, but I see lots of turnover, and I miss the regular guys that knew me and my car for all these past years. No one here seems to know me or remember me, although they were nice and polite. Service does not feel so personal and you get the feeling they don't erally know your car. Also the generic emails that tell me my car needs servicing tells me nothing about the actual needs of my car based on last visit. Your driver was fabulous! More
