Excellent customer service was provided by Lucy through the whole process. Patrick Liu went beyond and was able to get the lease sorted out for me. Alicia Conceicao provided excellent service and walked me through every step of the way explaining every function of the CX - 5. Alicia knew the vehicle inside out. I just renew a lease contract of 20 I have been a royal customer of Mazda for last 3 years. I was very much happy about my two cars, Mazda 3 and CX9. Service visit A recall repair was performed, even though Mazda Canada had sent an Information notice about it, but not the formal recall notice. My annual mileage i A recall repair was performed, even though Mazda Canada had sent an Information notice about it, but not the formal recall notice. My annual mileage is well below the warranty service standards, so I had to reach a realistic compromise. They agreed it would be absurd to go in for an oil change every 4 months with only 1400km driven in that time frame. I will be going in for the annual/4200km as a minimum instead (as long as I continue with that low usage). They were able to fit the after service car wash in before closing. More

I wanted to know how long it would take & was told 2 hrs. That was fine. Turned out it was quick & that was great! I do have a recall but will do it at another time. I really liked the fact that no car wash meant $$ to go to food bank. All in all it was a good day! More
